This brew started out as a Mexican lager that went wrong, everything you can imagine went wrong. Things boiled over, too much sugar, too long fermenting, failed carbonation… and yet, when the smoke cleared this shiny little lady was standing there smiling, intoxicatingly alluring, and daring you to go again.
